What Is Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on approach that focuses on how the body moves and functions as a whole.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, osteopathy considers how different areas influence one another.
Treatment may include soft tissue techniques, mobilisation, articulation and, where appropriate, manipulation (HVT). These techniques are always discussed beforehand and are only performed with your consent.
