1. Appointments
Appointments may be booked online or directly with me. Depending on the clinic location, bookings may be managed through:

Jane App
You will receive confirmation and reminders via email or SMS.

2. Home Visits
For home visits, you agree to provide a safe, clean space for treatment. If I feel the environment is unsafe, I may decline or end the session.

3. Fees & Payment
Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after the appointment. Payments may be processed through:

Jane App

Bank transfer (where applicable)

4. Cancellation Policy
To protect my time and allow other patients to book:

More than 48 hours’ notice: no charge

Between 48 hours and 24 hours notice: 50% deposit is non-refundable

Less than 24 hours’ notice: full fee applies
-
Missed appointments: full fee applies

Exceptions may be made in genuine emergencies.

5. Insurance
If you are claiming through insurance, you are responsible for treatment payment. I can provide diagnosis letters or receipts upon request.

6. Clinical Records
Clinical notes are stored securely in:

Jane App (depending on clinic)

These records are confidential and kept in accordance with GOsC and GDPR requirements.

7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate health information

Inform me of any changes in your condition

Follow safety advice

Arrive on time (or be available on time for home visits)

8. My Responsibilities
I will:

Provide safe, evidence‑informed osteopathic care

Maintain professional boundaries

Keep your information confidential

Act in accordance with GOsC standards
