Osteopathy Appointments

I provide osteopathic care across three London clinics, with a focus on patient - centred recovery and wellbeing.

Initial Consultation

Your first appointment includes a full medical history, postural and movement assessment and hands-on treatment.
Treatment may include soft tissue work, mobilisation, articulation and, when appropriate, manipulation (HVT). Exercises or movement guidance may be included when helpful.
Together we will agree a plan based on your goals and needs.

Follow-Up Appointments

These sessions continue your tailored treatment plan using manual techniques and movement-based approaches.
Exercises or movement guidance may be provided to support comfort and longer-term progress.
